Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup for facial appointments whenever possible.

Avoid caffeine and energy drinks for at least 24 hours before your appointment, especially for lash services.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving later than 15 minutes may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting other clients.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required when booking all facial, lash extension, brow lamination, and lash lift appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you once your deposit is received.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits may be transferred one time if notice is given within the required cancellation period.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments will result in the loss of the deposit.
